In an Age of Reason, humanity challengethe Godhood in everything, including theact of creation, paying for its pride and vanity with loathing and violence.

Creature and Creator are bound forever in a dance that asks, again and again, "What are you afraid of?" and "My God, what have I done?”

Tim Kelly's adaptation draws the audience into the intimate world of those questions and challenges us to answer for ourselves whether God loathes His creations as Victor does, or is there compassion to be found amidst our sins that redeems us all - Creator and Creation alike - in grace?
